Can the Brilliant New F-15EX & F-35 Defend Okinawa from a Huge Chinese Strike? | DCS
Take a first look at the upcoming F-15EX Standalone Mod for DCS World in an epic military wargame simulation pitting the United States against China over Okinawa!
Kadena Air Base Under Attack
In this fictional scenario, China launches a massive first strike against Kadena Air Base, firing 50 ballistic missiles at the US installation.
Can American air and missile defence systems stop the attack? Two Patriot batteries, NASAMS and C-RAM systems stand ready to defend the base.
F-35s Face J-20 Stealth Fighters
The attack escalates as 30 Chinese PLAAF J-16 fighters launch 60 long-range KD-20 missiles.
The USAF scrambles F-35 Lightning II stealth fighters armed with AIM-120D3 air-to-air missiles, but they must first face 20 advanced J-20 stealth fighters carrying PL-15 missiles.
The skies over Okinawa erupt in an intense battle between fifth-generation fighters.
The F-15EX Eagle II Enters the Fight
Meanwhile, the new F-15EX Eagle II enters the fight.
Using advanced datalink technology, the F-15EX fighters combine their sensors into a powerful network to detect, track and intercept incoming KD-20 missiles.
With each aircraft carrying an incredible 22 AIM-120D3 missiles in this simulation, can the F-15EX turn the tide and protect Kadena Air Base?
Will US air defences stop China’s missile barrage, or will the KD-20 missiles break through?
