  1. Hi.

I definitely wouldn’t say I know what you are going through. I’ve been spared of cancer, and of course hope it stays that way. My girlfriend is a long time lupus/rhumatoid arthritis sufferer. She’s been taking similar “chemo” medicine to what you have.
She really doesn’t like it and has been experimenting with fasting cycles with on and off success.

Well, all I can say is, hang in there, and I genuinly hope you will get better soon.
Sharing is caring, I guess. So I’d be more than happy to hear from you how things are going…

On another note, a bit about myself :

I’m a 43 year old Belgian. One girlfriend, no kids (girl has 4 though!). Been flight simming since (yes!) since 1986 (age 11). FS 1 on the old Mac Plus. Then Falcon 4.0, graphsim F/A18. Flanker 2.0, Il2 sturmovik, and finally dcs.

Aside from that, Gained my commercial pilot’s license in 1997 and have been working as a professional pilot on the BAe 146/RJ100, Cessna citation Bravo, Beechjet 400A, Dassault Falcon 2000EX Easy, and also couple of years as a helicopter pilot on the Eurocopter EC225 Super Puma. I am now a simulator instructor at CAE AMSTERDAM in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, training pilots for their type qualification on the Bombardier Challenger 300/350.

My favourite aircraft in dcs is the Mirage 2000C (untill the F-14 comes along of course 😉 ).

I am mainly interested in air to air combat, but up for a bombing mission if required, of course.
I’ve been looking for a good squad to join, and have seen quite a few of your youtube vids. Seems you are a nice bunch of people, so I thought I might ask if you’d be interested for me to join.

I am also quitly thinking of starting an F-8 crusader project for DCS. Wonder if I could find interested people.

    Well, There you go,

Looking forward to hearing from you,

    Kind Regards,

    Fred Borloo
